HydroStream's 2007 Limited Warranty

HydroStream warrants (only to the original purchaser) its new HydroStream boats to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. It further warrants the hull to be free from structual defects for a period of ten years. HydroStream additional provides a limited lifetime hull warranty against transom, stringer, and core rot. All COMP boats, COMP weight boats, and use of any boat in competition will void the factory warranty. A complete copy of the HydroStream Limited Warranty can be obtained from Marine Assets, Inc.

Warning

Extreme caution should be used when operating performance boats, especially when engines are installed in excess of 75% of the rated horsepower capacity. In instances where the horsepower exceeds 75% of the rated horsepower capacity, we strongly recommend the installation of heavy duty mounts on engines not so equipped, and the installation of foot-actuated throttle, and remote trim controls on boats not so equipped. In addition, always be sure maximum and minimum trim limits are properly adjusted, as improper adjustment could cause injury.
